How much is the Processing Fee?
A processing fee of 50¢ will be added in the cart for orders below $20

How can I contact Customer Service using the toll-free number?
The customer service telephone numbers are listed in the 'details' page for the phone card.
After you login, click on 'Click Here' next to the PIN number.

Why am I being charged $1 extra from paypal?
If you are a first time paypal user (ie new bank account), paypal may charge you a nominal amount to verify your account.
Once you follow the instructions to verify your account, the amount is refunded.
Subsequent payments by using paypal are not subject to any extra chrages.
Processing fees (50¢) will still apply as described above for subsequent purchases below $20.

The Calling Instructions are listed in the 'details' page for the phone card.
After you login, click on 'Click Here' next to the PIN number.

How are the calling rates calculated?
The calculated rate allows our customers to find a better value phone card. We list our phone cards in order by the calculated rate which is derived from the current price of the phone card and the minutes advertised by the phone card carrier for the $5 phone card. For example, if the current price is $4.00 for the phone card, the minutes will be the same but the rate will be lower because you are only paying $4.00 for the $5.00 phone card. Therefore, it may be better valued to buy a phone card with less minutes but has a lower rate per minute compared to another phone card. Contact customer service using the toll-free number for the $5 phone card minutes. Also check the Fees, terms and conditions for the phone card. So, when the prices change for the phone card (ie, on sale) , the calculated rates may also change but the advertised minutes does not change (p.s. Advertised minutes are only changed when new rates are published by the card/network service provider).
Special Note: Minutes advertised by the card/network service provider are before any fees and service charges are applied. This remains the same even if you buy the same phone cards from a different location such as a grocery store or another website.

I am a new customer, can I retrieve my PIN instantly?
First, you will have to register as below and be verified. Then you can begin to retrieve your PIN instantly.

How do I Register?
1. You make a payment through Paypal.
2. We e-mail instructions to your Paypal e-mail address.
3. You return to our website to complete registration. Retrieve your PIN after verification.
Once registered, retrieve your PIN Instantly after payment is completed.

Can I have multiple accounts?
No, only one account per person or household is allowed. Please let us know if you have multiple accounts so that we may consolidate all your accounts.

How do I access my PIN?
After you Login, just click on the "Last Pin" link on the header to access your last PIN number.

Do you offer any discount?
Yes, once you are registered, you can find out more about our member exclusives.

How do I sign-up for Paypal?

I have a new e-mail address, what do I do?
1. Login to your paypal account.
2. Under heading 'My Account Overview' , click on 'Edit Profile'
3. Under heading 'Account Information' , click on 'Email'
4. Add the new Email, confirm the e-mail, make it Primary
5. delete the old e-mail
6. Make a payment with your updated information.

How does Phonecards-USA.net contact me?
We direct all communications to your Paypal login e-mail address. Make sure your Paypal login e-mail address is current.

Forgot my Login userid or password. Can you e-mail it to me?
Yes. We can e-mail your Login userid or password. It will only be sent to the e-mail used with your paypal payment.

What are the user policies?
By using this website, the user (henceforth the buyer) ageees to the following:
Phonecards-usa.net or any of its associated entities (henceforth the seller) are not responsible for any phone charges incurred. Once the phone card is issued, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable (ALL SALES ARE FINAL), unless determined by the seller as defective (customer must address any issue within 30 days of purchase). Seller is not responsible for any of the buyer's direct or indirect loss(es) as a result of any phone cards purchased or any other services offered through this website. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen PINs, the buyer is soleley responsible for any unauthorized use, loss or theft. Seller is not responsible for changes in the rates by the service provider. Card/Network service provider may change the rates at any time without notice. Minutes listed are before any fees and service charges are applied. Buyer must verify the current rates, fees and service charges by calling the customer service number listed in the details page for the phone card before purchase. Direct damages for personal or property injury and for any other claims, the Seller's liability is limited to the value of a single phone card of the lowest denomination. Seller is not liable for any punitive, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, reliance or any other types of damages. Card/Network provider or the seller does not make any warranty, express or implied, regarding the condition or fitness of the services offered for any specific use or purpose. Disputes against the seller will not be heard by a jury or in a court and may not be part of a class action. The buyer agrees not to seek any legal action against the seller. We routinely monitor our webpages against any fraudulant activity. User accounts may be deactivated by the seller or phone cards may be deactivated by the Card/Network provider, without notice when fraud is suspected.
